Proven experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, with strong hands-on expertise across at least two of: ITSM/Incident, SecOps, FSM, CSM, or Platform.
Experience working with SecOps suite in ServiceNow.
Proven experience configuring Integration Hub and/or scripted REST/SOAP integrations with external data platforms (cloud data warehouses, security tools, or telemetry sources).
AI Agents / Agentic workflows on ServiceNow and integrating AI-generated insights into workflows.
Familiarity with Workflow Data Fabric and Zero Copy Connector.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model (CMDB, incidents, cases, tasks, work orders) and role-based access controls.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, playbooks, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies/Actions.
Experience building performance analytics / dashboards / workspaces for operational and executive audiences.
Solid scripting skills in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform; ability to read and extend existing customizations.
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
Prior experience implementing SecOps (Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response) and/or Field Service Management for asset-centric use cases.
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake, or to data enrichment tools like Precisely.
Familiarity with AI Agents / Agentic workflows on ServiceNow and integrating AI-generated insights into workflows.
Experience building PoC/PoV solutions or accelerator packs for partners, including demo scripting and enablement materials.
Knowledge of industrial/IoT or cyber security domains (predictive maintenance, threat investigation, risk scoring).
ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-SecOps, CIS-FSM, CAD) or equivalent hands-on depth.

Job Description:
Configure ServiceNow Incident / Case / SecOps / FSM modules to support the PoV use cases, including forms, workflows, playbooks, and assignment rules.
Design and implement Integration Hub / scripted REST APIs to ingest synthetic alerts from BigQuery/Databricks and to call out to Precisely and other external services.
Configure and tune ServiceNow AI Agents / Flow Designer for triage, investigation steps, task creation, and automated closure logic.
Build executive-friendly dashboards in ServiceNow (SecOps and ITSM workspaces) to visualize KPIs such as incident volume, risk scores, open cases, MTTR, and asset health.
Create reusable configuration packs: update sets, properties, data seed scripts, and step-by-step deployment documentation.
Work with project leadership to support demos, troubleshooting issues, and refine flows based on stakeholder feedback and performance.
