Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience deploying and validating enterprise security controls, including:
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Encryption (data at rest and in transit)
• Solid understanding of enterprise security architecture, including:
  • Network segmentation (Production, Development, Staging)
  • DMZ design and implementation
  • Endpoint and server security baselines
• Experience performing:
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • Configuration reviews
  • Security baseline validation
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Endpoint security platforms
  • Network security controls
  • Cloud security fundamentals (Azure / AWS preferred)
• Ability to validate infrastructure and application configurations against defined security standards.
• L3-level troubleshooting skills for:
  • Security control failures
  • Misconfigurations
  • Policy enforcement issues
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud security services (Azure Security Centre, Defender, AWS Security Hub, etc.)
• Exposure to SIEM/SOAR platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks:
  • ISO 27001
  • SOC 2
  • PCI-DSS
• Security certifications: CEH, Security+, CISSP, CISM (any relevant certification)

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or equivalent work experience.

Job Description:

• Act as an L2 Security Deployment Engineer for enterprise security programs.
• Design, deploy, and validate end-to-end security controls across:
  • Endpoints
  • Networks
  • Cloud environments
• Plan and implement:
  • Security baselines
  • Access control mechanisms
  • Network segmentation and DMZ controls
• Perform:
  • Initial vulnerability assessments
  • Configuration and control validation
  • Remediation verification and tracking
• Support incident response activities, including:
  • Investigation
  • Root cause analysis
  • Post-incident reporting
• Conduct periodic:
  • Control effectiveness reviews
  • Patch validation
  • Vulnerability remediation tracking
• Work closely with:
  • GRC teams to ensure compliance alignment
  • IT and Cloud teams during deployment and handover
• Create and maintain:
  • Deployment documentation
  • Security baselines
  • As-built and handover reports
• Participate in:
  • Cyber drills
  • Phishing simulations
  • Security readiness exercises
• Provide technical inputs for:
  • Risk assessments
  • Security maturity reviews
  • Continuous improvement initiatives
